Returns Policy aims to provide quality products and services which will exceed your expectations, however we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product.

If you wish to return a product, you must contact us by email or by phone within 14 days of the date of delivery to obtain a returns code. We cannot accept returns notified outside of this period. This code must be used on the returns slip, which can be found on the back of the invoice. Please note that we cannot accept returns that do not have a completed returns slip.

In the unfortunate event that you receive your order or part of your order damaged, you must contact us within 5 working days of delivery.

When contacting us, please make sure that you have your order number to hand.

Please note that due to the industry in which we operate, we cannot accept returns for medicines, cosmetics, foodstuffs (nutritional drinks and vitamins), face masks or personal hygiene products (including compression hosiery) unless they are damaged or faulty, or delivered incorrectly.

Your refund will be processed within 3 working days of being received back at our warehouse. Please note that we are only able to refund back onto the card or PayPal account used to pay for the order.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Items that are no longer required

All items being returned must be unopened, unused and returned in the original packaging. Items should be returned to at the customer’s expense and must be appropriately packaged to be received back in saleable condition. We recommend that items are returned via recorded delivery or a similar tracked delivery method as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit.

If you wish to return a very heavy or bulky item, we may offer to arrange a collection via courier for you, for which a cost of £4.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that any original postage costs will not be refunded.

Items that are damaged faulty, or incorrect

In the unfortunate instance that an item you have received is damaged, faulty or different to what you ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will bear the cost of the return  - we may ask you to post the items back to us and refund you the cost of the return postage upon receipt, or alternatively may arrange a collection from you. When contacting us for a returns code, please indicate whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund for item being returned.
